Rhode Islanders are now able to apply for affordable health care coverage under the Affordable Care Act.  This means that many people who do not have health care coverage now may be able to get coverage.  The Affordable Care Act allows for health care coverage for more low-income Rhode Islanders.  Adults between ages 19-64 may be eligible for health care coverage for no cost or at low cost with some financial help to pay for it.
