If you are an older adult that wants to get technology support for their smartphones or tablets, then come learn how you can improve your lives by embracing technology. 

Although challenges do exist to using technology, there are many solutions for success.

Individuals that embrace new technologies in housing and safety guarantee that they will remain in their own homes and communities longer, improve communication and quality of life by reducing isolation, improve management of medications and transportation. 

Join a representative from the ATEL Program for ATEL Tech Time a new FREE monthly 45-minute one-on-one session to answer your questions or learn how to use your iPad/iPhone or Android device to its fullest, individuals can sign up together if they have similar questions. If you do not own a smart device, you may be eligible to get one through the ATEL Program if you income qualify and have a hearing, speech or neuromuscular disability; also, you can borrow an iPad for a short term loan from our ATAP Loaner Program with advanced notice.

*In addition, for individuals with hearing loss, learn about the latest

smartphone apps for captioning both your telephone conversations

and in-person conversations.
